Machine wash cold on gentle mode. Put them in a microfibre bag. Line dry recommended. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

We pack our items in a compostable bag. Make sure you keep the bag if you want to return the item to us.
We use a 100% carbon neutral delivery service.
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days after arrival. The shipping cost from your original purchase is non-refundable. Items need to be unworn and still have the tags to be eligible for returns. You can put your items back in the compostable bag and return to us. Unfortunately, you have to pay for the return shipping cost yourself, as we are a small business and we aren't able to cover that. Hope you understand!
Email us at hello@kiyo.com.au to request returns and we will send you instructions. Please do not send items back before making a return request.
Once we received the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. We hope this would never happen to you!
